About me.
I’m a self-taught film photographer drawn to people and the way they exist within a moment.
I didn’t come to photography as a career. I came to it because I love people, the way they move, speak, and carry stories. Photography became a way of holding onto that. Shooting on film feels honest to me. There’s no undoing it, no endless retakes. Just what was there, as it was. Finding the beauty in imperfection.
Travelling is where this deepened. It showed me both the beauty of the world and the way it is often misunderstood or simplified. My work is an attempt to look closer, to sit within moments, rather than pass through them, and to give space to the people and cultures that are often overlooked.
One of the nicest things someone has ever said to me was, “I love the way your eyes see the world.” That stayed with me. Because photography, to me, is exactly that — a way of sharing perspective. The same moment can be seen a hundred different ways. This is mine.
